includes Wstern star 4800, kenworth k200, k108, t908 and overfloater's K100_e (which may not show accessories. I couldn't get it to work)

I got the file from Oleg and it works.

Is there VTC associated With RTA mods?

Yes, it will be in your Mega or check spam folder. This is the 908 in 1.35 dx11 all working fine.

DX11 version of T908 was released for 1.35 on or about July 8, 2019.

Yup, and you won't see the K200 until it's finished. The 200 isn't a minor update, it's a remodel so it will take time and SCS is close to dropping 1.36 on us as well. If that hits before release then there's a good chance we will be back to square one.

This "RTA update just before SCS update" is fairly common actually.

My question is ; the engine and transmission files are they all in part 1 of the truckmods ?
and is it possible to change an engine and transmission from a truck to anther truck ?

willy1962, Yes.The sounds were made by Kriechbaum and you can talk to him and solve this problem.
