Same here. I requested a update for ATS/ETS2 1.33 for Trucks: K200, K108, T908, T609, Western star, Mack superliner and Volvo FH. Trailers: B double refrigerated and skeletal.

Tja,es ist so mit dem Warten wie bei Patch 1.32.
Update angefordert und keine Antwort von RTA.
Ich finde das nicht korrekt,wenn man für einen Mod bezahlt.

I wrote to you on November 28th for Trailer updates.
After i got no answer i made a second request
on December 3rd for truck and trailer updates...
I get no answer from you until today.
Where is the problem ?

The same for me ,
This update round is going just as bad as the previous one.
they have learned nothing.
its sad it gives more and more displeased customors.

The problem is that everyone makes 2-3 requests. Why do this? We receive a request and it is in the queue, and you all create confusion by sending 2-3 requests
I have already written many times, do not need to do this.
Example: 100 people make a request, Oleg adds it to the database, and the same 100 people again send 100 letters. And then again 100 letters!
Do you understand that Oleg should check all your letters ???

I understand that this is very many work for you. Perhaps it was my fault too, that i made
a request first for the trailers, and then a new one for all.
So i will wait and i hope, i will get them after a short time. You make great work Boys.

Obviously, it all comes down to no trust.

Surely the VIP customers can be trusted to download whatever we have paid for (at any time) via a portal only available after login?

Every software company works this way, I can't see why RTA should be any different?

Anyways, still waiting patiently........

na ja wenn oleg und der rest des teams eine bessere software oder shop nehmen würden, müssten die leute hier nicht so lange auf ihre updates warten.

Is there a way to do updates like sellfy does with ATS/ETS2? because i put in a request for all my update purchases with is basically every truck. during 1.32 i never received an update for anything and now 1.33 still waiting

ich warte schon sehr lange auf das update für den K359, und für die version 1.33 sind es schon 6 tage. kundenservice sieht anders aus.

The above is probably why so many are getting confused with the Updates ...

When someone see's that a member has requested after your request and reports that he has already received his updates before you, then start sending multiple requests thinking your original request was not sent or there was an error which you are not aware of.

I have been waiting patiently but with no actual confirmation that you have received my update request, I am just sitting here in limbo ....

Surely a better system can be acheived when it comes to customers who have actually paid for these items ?

Just not good to wait several weeks for each upgrade

Can you check if you recieved request from me?
Because update 1.32 I have sent. This one guess last week I also sent with no reaction.
I've allways sent one request via Website. No rush because most I play atm is vanilla but courios about because never had this issue before...

Hello ive requests Some updates for the mack superlinerliner V8 and the kw k200 also for the usa container and the kashbohrer trailers , more then a week ago and stil got nothing send , can you please give me the updates ive request several times . Thank you verry much.
