Error and game crash

Hello Friends!
Very often the letters come to help or fix errors and many errors and the game crashes.

We decided to write this article and review all the reasons
99% of Problems,this is not the correct installation of mods
I had already written about it,here but the letters do continue

If you have already installed the mod (for example, Renault t in 6.0 ) and you got the upgrade version 6.2
you should do the following
1) uninstall the version of 6.0
2) Choose another truck and keep the game
3) install the version 6.2 documents /Euro truck simulator 2/mod
4) plug in Manager mods
5) buy a truck

If You do not do so,then you will have errors .Each update added new items,remade an old record...
And your old saves,do not contain any data about changes in the new version, and reads the data from the old version that saved the game

We recommend that you do these steps with all updates

possible the same mistakes that we made.But we won't start sending files with critical errors
Before release we test each model and it takes on average 5-7 days
trailers are tested 3-4 days
Before writing about a bug,please read this article and complete all items as written
If it is then you will have problems,let us know .We will consider all Your questions and will try to fix all errors .

This is how I do it,

3) Save the Profile and deactivate version 6.0 from the mod manager
4) Exit the game and remove version 6.0 from your mod folder (documents /Euro truck simulator 2/mod)
5) Install version 6.2 in your mod folder
6) Start your game and active version 6.2 in the mod manager
7) Buy version 6.2 truck and continue


Admin, you can use this if you want :)

Its like Skyrim or Fallout 3-4! It can be easy, but sometimes it isn´t! Maybe there are other solutions, but the save way isn´t the shortest way... sometimes. And SCS is messing up many mods with every update - Map Mods, Trucks, Trailer, Weather aso. If a new content is implemented there are errors, if something isn´t there the game can crash or the truck looks wierd. Someone has crashes with the truck dealer others don´t, sometimes its strange and no log entry at all. But you can be sure we try to fix every problem!

These here are only suggestions. And without any log or log entry its very hard to find the error! Mod conflicts are also a big problem.

I didn`t know this.so thats why I was thinking strange to seel your truck after an update.

I have one question am I the only who get this milky windowcolor?

Not sure if it is an General game Problem or cause the high Detail from RTA Trucks better to see?

I guess it is effected by Sun reflection but is there a solution to reduce or turn that off?

Maybe you take a screenshot?! Upload it here, so we can see what issue it is! Any weather or environment mods can also make a funny effect

I have to shoot a own pic but it looks like the left window on this pic here... sometimes more and somtimes not so strong also it moves with the driving direction guess caused by sun...

Did you try it without snowmod? I guess its ETS2 and it looks totally as snow!!

The game appears so white,You need to make the white a little darker

PM me your mod list. I guess it is an environmental, or weather mod. Try to use custom hdr without blur, or try to disable hdr. Next step you can try a SweetFx custom preset, or disable SweetFx ( if you use it).

But without any clue what mods you use... it is endless... like eating soup with a fork

I also have this white windows. It's always, when the sun is low and somewhat opposite the side windows. It has a slight texture on it, so I think it is supposed to be :D



I don't have the latest Mack SL but version 3.1.
