Trailers mods, show in mod manager but not in game

I bought the following trailers in a pack for both ATS and ETS2:
Trailer​ KASSBOHRER v2.5​
Trailer​ Fuel Tank Shell v4.4
Tanker US Polar v2.4
Trailers​ Kassbohrer K.SLA-4 v2.5 (low loader)

I have tried installing these mods but can't seem to get them to work, in the mod manager each trailer comes up as part 1 and part 2 and screenshot, I have tried activating both and tried activating just one, still nothing. I unzipped the files direct to Documents>American Truck Simulator/Euro Truck Simulator 2>mods, may steam games are stored on my hard drive so then tried Storage>Documents>American Truck Simulator/Euro Truck Simulator 2>mods, and still have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

part1 of the trailer mod(s) (and truck mods) can be opened with WinZip. In that .scs file you'll find the necessary .sii files to edit to make trailers appear in more companies, both inwards and outgoing.
