Straight from the Paint Shop:
After being Upgraded:
A bit disappointed that there are no Antenna's with this truck; either that, or I just couldn't find them

Thanks Chris ... much of the credit has to go to the guys here for their info.
Now I need to learn what the various Metallic Settings mean and how they effect the end result. Some of the ETS2 default metallic skins look incredible (effects wise) so that is what I'd like to be able to achieve at some point.

Any part of your skin that you DON'T want metallic, ie. maybe some of the graphics, you need to include those sections of the paintjob in the Alpha channel as 'white' objects.
It's easy.
Copy all of the paintwork you want to include in the Alpha channel to a new grouped layer above the artwork originals.
Merge all the layers in that new group to one layer.
Make a colour overlay (photoshop) of white over that merged layer.
In Channels tab, copy the RED channel to make a new alpha channel.
