I've got no idea how you get the pics in your posts to appear full size like that, I tried every which way with my last lot with no succes!
Thanks mate and none of them would have been done without your very valuable help and direction. Hmm, so I guess they are really ALL your fault!
Ahh ... it's a secret known only to us Wombats
Okay, maybe not ... I use a program called Imgur, it's a photo hosting site and it is free. Here is a link for it if your interested:
https://imgur.com/
I take my pictures using the ETS2 Studio Screen shot thing, use PSP X6 to crop and resize them (1200 pix wide X whatever it turns out to be vertically, usually around 750 pix), upload them to imgur then use the "Forums Link" for the picture (which I copy) to paste into the forums here and bingo - BIG pics
If none of that made sense, drop me an email and I'll try to explain it more clearly.

One more T908
This is fast becoming a favorite of mine, anyway, found an actual Aussie T908 on line and thought I'd give it ago. There are two versions, the first is suppose to replicate the actual truck as much as possible and the second is how I might have it

My Variation:
A truck aint a truck without a bull bar
Added after 1 minute 33 seconds:
Whoops, doubled up on a pic ... here is the one I missed:

I'd have to go one step further and say that all Kenworths look "tough" and look like real, unstoppable work horses - a mans truck. I'd also have to say that Peterbuilts (pretty much a cousin to the Kenny) and some Whites are in the same class, appearance wise.
One of the reasons I am not a big fan of European trucks is because they all look "plastic" like over sized cars - not trucks at all, the Euro Look is taking ALL of the ruggedness out of trucks.
I'll probably cop an ear bashing for saying this but ... European Trucks look pretty and girly

Tommo,
Nope haven't played the game at all for ages - I focus on doing skins. I should rack up a few miles though I suppose.
The era you mentioned is certainly the era of Big Tough Mean looking rigs, when trucks were designed (and built) to look intimidating and unstoppable. Sadly, even Kenworth and co now a days seem to be turning more towards the Euro style, they seem to be coming more "rounded" and "yuppie" looking
About the only European Truck I do like is the Volvo Cabover, or the Volvo from the 90's anyway. It seemed "less pretty" and was a good truck.

I am a fan of DAF's here in Europe, they haven't changed the design much in a long time but it means that it doesn't look too wishy-washy.
This would be my choice if the engine were still allowed, you'd defo know it was coming for you!
