Let me know if you come up to good old germany maybe we could meet each other and i could show you some Beer varieties. When you will :)

And the Rebel Design could be a good start to make up your own company in the game.

Bomber, I'll be sure to do that - while the British make the BEST Fish and Chips, me thinks you Germans make the best beer - well aside from good old Aussie Vic Bitter that is

And, you read my mind - I am thinking of using the Rebel as my company Truck ... at the risk of sounding a little egotistical, I am kind of partial to it. I don't know why, there is just something about it the I like, and that doesn't happen all that often.

Good Luck then. :class: Maybe a Nickname like: "Rebel Wombat" and a typical Company Speech like :"we like to service you" or that something and voila your first steps into carrier company.

You could use the finished company mod to set up your own building with that Designs.

Just a question is fish and chips not a british only. We got fish and chips as ready meal in the supermarket but i´m not a fan about fish. Iiiieeekkk. That comes my father he was a fishsalesman and one time you got enough about this, the smell and bääähhh.

But i could give you a tipp a typical "Imbissbude" make the best chicken and chips here in Germany.

Or

"Currywurst with chips" (When you will)

And a icecold beer ....

And your stomach dance samba.

I reckon you've nailed the inspiration, that certainly looks 3D matey, looks like it's an armour plated "Robo-Truck", Optimus Primes little brother perhaps...

Thanks Ian, and the "Armour Plating" look was what I was going for ... Will have to have a look at the Optimus Prime truck just for curiosities sake :class:

Peterbilt 359

This began as a "test paint" to get the feel for the template and ended up being a "tribute" to the worlds largest cattle station ... "Anna Creek Station, South Australia".

A few facts pertaining to the Station:

It covers 23,677 Square Kilometers (9,140 miles) and,
Covers 5,850,000 Square Acres

It IS the largest Station/Ranch in the world.

I have no idea what sort of trucks they have or use, but this is my "imagined" version of any truck they may use:

Am going to remove the striping and map from the Fuel Tanks - they look ridiculous in my opinion. All I need to do is find the Mud Guards (wings) as shown so I can place the pin stripe around the edges. I thought I'd figured that out but, for some reason, the pin stripes didn't show up on the truck.

Added after 8 minutes 28 seconds:
Just for interests sake, Anna Creek Station is larger, in square kilometers, than 49 countries in the world and 5 US States. Yep, it's a pretty decent chunk of real estate

Interesting facts dude about the station. Can’t quite comprehend the size in my head!

That skin is lovely, one thing I struggle with is creativity, copying a paintjob is no problem but my own ideas and vanishingly few and far between ;(

Tommo,

Thanks and your not alone when it comes to creativity. It takes me forever to find something that looks half decent and 9 times out of 10, the end result looks nothing like the initial thought.

First up, the Peterbilt Template is nice, clear and very very user friendly - I like it a lot; HOWEVER, what is the point of the GREEN section in the template?
That area, which looks to be an extended Sleeper Side, does not appear on the truck at all.

Could it be that the template was made in anticipation of the truck coming with a "Double Sleeper" as an option? If not, then I fail to see the point of the green part being on the template. That being said, a "Double Sleeper" would be a great option for this truck

I suspect that it's for a longer sleeper cab that may be made available in some future update, although this "suspicion" of mine is based purely upon "baseless assumption"

Hmm, seems as though Geronimo and I think the same way ... then again, when a truck that does not offer a "longer sleeper variant" has a "longer sleeper variant" within the template for that truck - what other conclusion could be logically drawn? :smoke:

That looks smart Tony, it's interesting that you can see right through the top side parts of the sleeper roof. Have you been using the "Invisibility" superhero paint again?

Damn, must have gotten some of that "can't see me" stuff in the regular paint

Weird how that has happened though - could be my "X-Ray Camera" causing it maybe?
