Information for VIP-clients
December 8, we complete the update of the database for VIP-clients.
As of December 8, all VIP customers do not make an update request. We open your personal account and you can use your trucks and trailers without an update request.

Ask all VIP customers not to send update requests, but simply wait for the link to your personal account.

All VIP-clients who have already sent a request and have not received the files, please wait ... I need 2-3 days to transfer the data.

From December 10, the administrator will work with VIP-clients. All questions, problems, complaints and suggestions are sent to the administrator.

congratulations I think this is a great and good stap to a solutions against impatient members (me too )
everyone who has read the message good now his place and wait to get automatic the files he need.
I have not recieve anything in the old system so now I only have to wait a few days for the link to my personal account.

So do we just wait for our updates to appear in our folders, we do not need to ask for them any more is that right??

Yes, after you have access to folders in mega, you just wait for the update and do not make requests
all Vip clients who have already sent their data to mega received their update :wink:

I am a VIP client and haven't received my updates via Mega yet. Is there something else I need to do? I see the folders but they are empty.
