I use "-force_mods" switch in launch options, which disables Mod Manager so I unpacked your fix and replaced the truck's original files with them.
All good.
The colour on the wings is a different yellow. Not sure why. I also need to re-arrange parts of my skin but that's okay.
The skin appears as it should now. Cheers.

My apologies mate, real life got in the way. Looking at the pictures I would say that is more than good enough, looks better than the real 904 we have. Top job bud and again, sorry I took so long to reply. As always thank you for taking the time to do these skins. :)

please help with template, sun visor and rear wheel arches. cannot paint visor and wheel arches yellow. they keep showing up blue not yellow. shown in pictures

I use Gridskin (https://atsmods.lt/?s=gridskin) to figure out where bits are on the template. Just take the dds from the ats.lt link and drop it over any template you are using.

I did it for the MACK and only one of the visors looks to be paintable a different colour from the base colour of your skin:

The numbers you are looking for are around grid 255/256 etc.

The wings and the visor with "MACK" put into it don't look like they've been mapped to a template yet because they just go purple (the base colour of my gridskin) and have no numbers.

I am sure they will come with time :)

version 3.2
in version 3.2 all unpaintable areas seem to be paintable. also we have head rack and mudflaps on bullbar and in version 4.0 and 4.1 arnt paintable.

This isn't the correct way, but I replaced plann2.dds in \vehicle\trailer_eu\maxicube\ with my company paint. This replaces the base skin of the trailer, for me it might've worked ok because my trailer skin base was white not sure if it works for any other colours;

Tommo's idea just above is the easiest way.
To make a stand-alone skin requires the inclusion of def/material/workshop icons/tobj editing blah blah.
I really hope the "new guy" doing templates at RTA comes up with a custom 4096x4096 for ownable trailers/trucks.
THAT would be considerably better.

Hey all,

With 1.35 just released I'm checking my skins as RTA release the updated trucks. So far only the K108 skins need some readjusting around the cabback which I have in my plan, but real life is abit busy right now. Just know I am on it! :smoke:

I've updated one of my MACK skins to ensure it's conflicting with the new bits of the template, all the other MACK skins look fine as far as I can see.

Haven't testing the Pb359 or DX11 stuff yet but will get to it.

I just got the ETS 1.35 K108 and am waiting to update my ETS from V 1.34 to 1.35. When you did that, did you have any issues with any of the 1.34 stuff or any added mods you had for 1.34? In short, anything you can think of that I might need to be aware of when going from ETS 1.34 to ETS 1.35?

So far, all of my 1.34 trucks and skins work fine in ATS 1.35 BUT a few mods don't want to play with it.

I removed all graphic, trailers and traffic mods before I pressed the update. I run scs trucks mostly now in ets2 so they weren’t a problem but mod trucks too. Save then update.

If you use Ravens fine templates for ownable scs trailers you’ll need to update the sii file in his topic.

Thanks mate and thanks for the tip re the scs ownerable trailers. I only use RTA Trucks but the scs ownerable trailers could be of interest as I just can't figure out (successfully) how to get the RTA Ownerable Trailers into the game :sad:

Hi everyone,

Earlier today I made the following updates for the K108 skins affected by the change in template:

K108 Retro - adjusted to new template
K108 Australian Native Landscapes - adjusted to new template, added a few details
K108 Elliotts Landscape Supplies - adjusted to new template, tidied up the details, adjusted the miss-matched sides, adjusted the door logo's for the no window cab type, made it metallic*
T908 Elliotts Landscape Supplies - adjusted details, made it metallic*

*(make sure you have an RTA truck that's DX11 updated, for example DX11 in ATS it shows black, but DX11 in ETS2 for the K108 is working, everything works fine in DX9 on both games)
