There has to be a better way to distribute updates to your customers than the current, archaic, method being used.

Warum kann man den Käufern die auf das Update warten nicht Bescheid geben wie lange es noch dauert.
Das ist man ja von RTA nicht gewohnt, keine INFO zu bekommen.

Since SCS Software Software 1.32 has been over for almost a month and you have not yet de facto modified half of your model range ...
If these were free, you need to wait; but you collect money for your money you are receiving money !! And from this point of view, you can not cough on customers and leave them dysfunctional goods !!
The question - how do I see it here - not for the first time: how long will I wait for my ETS2 / ATS 1.32 to get up and running?
The one month of delay is a long time, too; if you do not correct the situation, I will really - though I do not like it - to ask PayPal for canceled transactions and refunds. It is, in my case, only a small amount (trailers), but you do not fulfill the agreement and I am therefore entitled to withdraw from the purchase and want to refund the money.
Your models are very nice, they have high utility value - I do not understand, why you spoil your reputation with such a long delay with the update ... :-(

Jetzt muss ich auch noch mal anfragen. Wie ist denn der Stand der Dinge? Seit 4-5 Wochen keine Email bezüglich des Updates für den Mack Superliner (ETS2 und ATS).

Wo sind bzw. wo gibt es Probleme mit der Verteilung der Links zu den aktuellen Versionen? Bin ich echt nicht gewöhnt, da es eigentlich immer geklappt hat bis jetzt.
