YES....SUCCESS!!!! all the names came back in the MAN dealer and all works now. Thank you so much!! and thanks to all for taking the time to help it is all greatly appreciated!! (and very well explained). Thanks again.

One thing I did notice after doing some comparisons. I still have (had) the WS4800 v3.3 that was sent to me in October 2018.
A newer version of the truck (still labelled 3.3) was sent in December of 2018.
Placing the October version in my mod folder resulted in the same issue you had.
This is why I could not reproduce your problem. I replaced the October version with December version in December.

VIP status is granted when you purchase a certain number of mods. I think it's a combination of trucks and trailers?

Yes. And if there's other commands/switches in Launch Options box, there needs to be a space after them when you paste the two commands.

Just be careful with those numbers (80/960) .. it can mess with your game in terms of RAM allocations overwriting SCS map assets. Especially animations like toll gates. Just make the numbers big enough to accommodate the largest model you have.
Perhaps when the T908's interior model drops sufficiently - like to about 30Mb - then we won't see those map assets being messed with.

Kiwi,

You can open ANY .scs PART ONE file with any ZIP program. I use 7z to open scs Part One files and Peazip to compress them after any changes have been made.

In short - use 7z (a free download) to open .scs Part One files. :wink:

Just for the heck of it, you can't open ANY scs files OTHER THAN Part One files - all others are locked or encrypted or something. :wink:
