its ATS 1.5 2 post back.

after the update to 1.5.1.3 i have no online news in the launchpad and online news is on in the options.
I get the idea that the update is not succesfull.
but i can find a way to do the update again.
that why i don`t like steam.
in ETS2 you can choose to do youre update so you cab wait until the mapmods are ready.
ATS is updating automaticly.

thats why I also think the update is going wrong.

Sounds suspicious... did you try to downgrade ATS? And update it again? You can choose that in steam/properties/betas -> temporary 1.4 - incompatible mods... Steam is downloading the 1.4 -> then again in beta and 1.5.

Guys, please don't to convert the rest of your awesome trailers to ATS. I think we are missing the cement trailer, USA Tanker, and Kaessbohrer.

Pointless doing it until v1.35 is released as stable.
With the inclusion of DX11 in this update, there's a few.. funny problems.
SCS seem more interested in tidying up blades of grass that appear on the road surface than fixing actual DX11 issues.
Also, all PMG and PMA files need to be updated to current model version, COG on trailers has changed, wipers have changed.
On the plus side, the game LOOKS amazing in DX11 and in my case, FPS doubled.
With the inclusion of DX11 in this update, there's a few.. funny problems.

All RTA has do is make certain "it's product" is stable and working ... if they (RTA) waited for scs to get their act together, there'd never be any new RTA releases.

Dropping a 1.34 RTA truck into the mod folder in the 1.35 beta, causes silent crash.
Dealership data has changed too. v1.34 allows for Mod Truck Dealers. SCS have added Mack and Freightliner dealerships, there's just no icon or stand-alone prefabs yet. Shop online for trucks in-game, sees a third option in the right hand bottom corner of the Truck Dealers. Truck Dealer icons need to be added as well as truck_dealer code changes.
Windshield wipers now have multiple stages. Off, slow intermittent, fast intermittent and fast. There is a new key binding for "Wipers Back", meaning you can go backwards to off.
A bunch of changes in ai trailer traffic and associated files.
engine brake config has changed in ETS2, and probably mirrored in ATS at some point.
There's a bunch of stuff in this big update.
Did I mention Voice GPS? :)

This is what SCS wrote about DX11:
DX11 experimental support. It's exactly as it sounds - most of the work on DX11 support is done, so the majority of its aspects are working quite well in our games and feedback from Experimental Beta promises a nice increase of FPS. Still - it's not in its final state, so use it only at your own risk. Although we'll be grateful for your feedback.
